Cancel An Order

Email us to cancel

To cancel an order, send an email to placeholder@gmail.com and include the details below. We process cancellation requests in the order they arrive, and we'll confirm by reply once yours is done.

It looks like MN-123456 and is on your confirmation screen and email.

Proof of payment
A screenshot or photo of your bank transfer receipt. For Cash on Delivery orders, skip this.

Your full name
The name the order was placed under.
✓
Delivery address
The street address and city from your order.

Orders that have already shipped can't be cancelled, but you can refuse the delivery.

Check your order's delivery status first. If it still says Processing, there's a good chance we can cancel it.

Paid by transfer?

Once we confirm the cancellation, your payment is refunded to the account it came from. Keep your receipt handy; it speeds things up.
